An interesting APP I use as a resident to check my society bills, raise tickets on helpdesk and now looking forward to the Visitor and Maid notifications on APP. I have been using this App for a while now. Frankly, it has transformed Society resident's Complaints Resolution mechanism altogether with ease of keeping record and tracking. The system is deployed for both our flats in GURUGRAM and I manage both through the APP.
I Use this APP actively even though I do not stay in this flat. In fact it helps me to track my bills and ledger easily staying far away. Other than that I use this APP for maintenance complaints and circulars from society.
We at the entire Facility Plus team ( Facility arm of the entire Omaxe Group are using SocietyConnect and find their panel extremely USER friendly. We want to use all their features and going forward shall adopt this for all 40-45 of our societies.
